- Rectangular Sweetheart table for Bride & Groom
- 8’ Farmhouse tables and dark fruitwood Cross back chairs
- Two whiskey barrels w/ antique door dessert stand w/ large tiered wood stand
- Two 8’ buffet tables
- Misc. sized tables for unity candle, sign in book and memory table, etc.
- Assorted signs for ceremony and reception and favor ladder
- Drink station with ice well, large 3 gallon drink canisters and ice machine
- Napkins- various colors, chargers- various colors
- Plastic cutlery, plates, cups & napkins
- White benches
- Tables and chairs, table decor meeting
- Signs and miscellaneous decor
- Set up, decorating and breakdown of facility
- Barn staff to help with serving dinner, cake cutting, plate pickup, bathroom tissue replacement, ice well refill, trash removal and clean up.
- The coordinator will conduct rehearsal dinner and be available to help the bride with any questions leading up to the wedding.

Belle Oaks Chapel
Belle Oaks Chapel is available for the bride who wants a quaint ceremony in a quintessentially charming, country chapel setting. We will set up and decorate for you! You will also have use of “Eleanore” our elegant 1930’s Essex automobile that can deliver you to the front door of Belle Oaks Chapel or whisk you both away for a grand exit. Either of which provides you with several photo opportunities.
Belle Oaks Chapel Weddings
Use of the chapel, bride/groom’s suites in barn, 1930’s automobile, DJ for ceremony, raw footage video of wedding and picturesque surroundings for photos. Guest count up to 100; 3 hours maximum time. This package is available during the week.

All-inclusive wedding packages
For the bride who would like us to help them procure all of their vendors and take care of all the details, we offer our All-Inclusive Packages. These packages include the food, the photographer, the DJ, the florals, the cake, the bartender, the day-of-coordinator, event insurance, and barn rental for a rehearsal dinner on a Friday night and a wedding on Saturday.

*To save your date we require a signed contract and a non-refundable $3500.00 deposit.
*You may replace two vendor options with your own but you will be responsible for their scheduling and payment and we must have proof your vendors are licensed and insured.
